INFORMATIONS:
- The cottage is non-smoking.
- No pets allowed
- Sheets and towels are not provided.
- Pillows and comforters are provided.
- Inclusions: toilet paper, trash bags, dish towels.
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, salt and pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, cooking oil, kitchen utensils, and dishes.
- Outdoor propane BBQ
The minimum rental period for the cottage is two nights, and three nights during holidays and construction holidays. The seventh night is FREE at all times. For all other requests, please contact us by phone.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
- 5% cancellation fee on all reservations.
- In case of cancellation more than one month prior to the arrival date, the establishment will refund the deposit minus a 5% fee.
- For cancellations between 7 days and 1 month prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30%. Therefore, 70% of the amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refunds.
- If the customer does not show up, no refund will be given.
- When on the site, no refund in case of departure before the end of the stay.
- For online and telephone reservations: a deposit of 100% of the stay is required.
